Steps to Make Refreshing Watermelon Lemonade
Things you’ll need:
- Watermelon, cubed and deseeded – 2 cups
- Caster sugar– 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – ¼ cup
- Cold water – 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves and lemon slices –as desired for garnishing
- Blender
- Measure cups and spoons
- Strainer
- Pitcher
Step 1. Put watermelon cubes in a blender
Put 2 cups of watermelon cubes in a blender. Be sure to select a ripe and tasty watermelon. The taste of your lemonade depends on how flavorful your watermelon is.
Be sure to deseed the watermelon before putting it in the blender. You may also buy a seedless variety.
Step 2. Add caster sugar
Add 2 tablespoons of caster sugar to the blender. You may use granulated sugar as well, but caster sugar dissolves faster.
The quantity of sugar mentioned is an estimate. Adjust the sugar depending on how sweet your watermelon is. Sneak a taste from your watermelon and add sugar accordingly.
Step 3. Add lemon juice
