- Brown sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon powder – 1 teaspoon
Step 1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender

Tips
- To make the smoothie taste like a latte, replace half of the milk with leftover coffee or add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the blender.
- If the pumpkin flavor of the vegan version seems too intense, freeze a banana and add it to the smoothie.
- Play around with your favorite flavors of ice cream and spices. Vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon are some excellent flavors you can incorporate in your smoothie.
- If you do not have pumpkin pie spice, just add a pinch of cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, nutmeg powder and cloves to the smoothie.
- For those who are diet-conscious, skip adding ice cream or use unsweetened pumpkin puree.
