- Ginger powder – 2 teaspoons
- Nutmeg powder – 1 teaspoon
- Clove powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mace powder – ½ teaspoon
- Allspice powder – ½ teaspoon
Step 1. Combine cinnamon, clove and ginger in a bowl
- Put 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder in a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of clove powder and 2 teaspoons of ginger powder.
