Wow, I tried the apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper and it really worked. Today makes day 7 that I have been feeling gas and bloating, and this is the first extended relief that I got. Thank you. I had to go to hospital on Friday and was diagnosed with diverticulitis.
Hi Phyllis
We are glad to hear that you have had some relief with home remedies.
I was diagnosed back in November with diverticulitis , had to go online to teach myself since I wasn’t told anything about the change to my diet. I was starting to feel much improvement and started to introduce fiber back into my diet, and this week I’ve started having symptoms again. I do wonder , if while having symptoms we are to abstain from fiber , I’d think that fiber just isn’t the best thing for people with colon issues , it seems to just cause problems on a compromised colon.
