Items needed for homemade face wash
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Unscented castile soap - 2 tablespoons

  • Put in 5 drops of tea tree oil in the jug.

Honey: The antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits of honey make it a beneficial ingredient for beauty and skincare purposes. It has several essential nutrients that are required to keep the skin healthy and radiant.

It also comes with a highly effective humectant property. It helps keep the skin moisturized and nourished and resolves many skin problems. Honey can be used to treat minor cuts and burns, cure acne, rejuvenate dry skin, lighten scars, soothe sunburns, and combat signs of premature aging. It is also believed to possess mild exfoliating benefits and helps cleanse skin pores. This safe and inexpensive ingredient adds a natural glow to your skin and smoothens out its texture. The best part about using honey as a natural skin care remedy is that it is very gentle on the skin and has no side effects.

Avocado oil: Rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and other important nutrients, avocado is among the most beneficial natural ingredients for health and beauty purposes. Its moisturizing and antioxidant properties are useful in preventing chapped and flaky skin. Avocado oil, extracted from the fatty flesh of this fruit, is widely used in commercial beauty and skin care products.

This oil helps in healing dry and dull skin by keeping it nourished and moisturized. It is excellent for people suffering from skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne. This ingredient can accelerate the healing process and can be used in the treatment of minor wounds, sunburned skin, and more. It helps reduce the appearance of signs of aging and protect the skin from sun damage.  Some users also believe that this ingredient can help erase dark circles. It is also used as a nourishing massage oil owing to its thick consistency.

You may also include avocado oil in your nail and hair care regime.

As a beverage, green tea is beneficial for your body, inside out.

This ingredient helps improve the tone and texture of your skin by flushing out the toxins, reducing inflammation, and healing scars and marks. It can also help maintain skin elasticity. Due to its antioxidants and tannins, green tea can be used for the treatment of dark circles and puffy eyes. It effectively protects the skin from harmful free radicals and delays signs of aging, keeping the skin healthy and youthful.

Green tea helps treat common skin woes such as acne and pimple. It boasts astringent properties and works as a skin toner. The mild abrasive texture of this ingredient helps rid your skin of dead skin cells, excess oil, and impurities to reveal rejuvenated and glowing skin.
