Single-Step Method: Mix the ingredients & use it as your regular toner
- Pour 2 tablespoons of rose water into a spray bottle and add 1 tablespoon of distilled water to it.

- Rose water – 6 tablespoons
- Castile soap, unscented – 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable glycerin – ½ tablespoon
- Vitamin E oil – 1 teaspoon
Step 1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar
- Pour 6 tablespoons of rose water into a jar.
- Add 1 teaspoon of unscented castile soap and ½ tablespoon of vegetable glycerin to the rose water.
