Method 4: Grease Stains on Clothing
As much as you love eating gravy, the stains that they leave behind are difficult to clean. The quicker you treat the stain, the easier it is to remove. A clever hack is to use white chalk to soak up as much of the stain as possible before it sets into the fabric. The white chalk has excellent absorbing properties and can also be used to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing.
We also have cleaning hacks and secrets that will help you remove coffee, tea, chocolate and even turmeric stains from clothes.
Single-Step Method: Absorb the gravy stain with white chalk

- Carefully take out the bowl. Remember to wear your oven mitts to avoid scalding your skin.
Step 2. Wipe off the loose dirt with a paper towel
- Use a paper towel to wipe the walls of the microwave.
- Remove the microwave plate or turntable and clean the bottom as well.

- Pour the water from the carafe into the water reservoir.
- Run a brew cycle with the plain water to rinse the inside of the coffee maker.
- Pause the brew cycle halfway through and let the water sit for 30 minutes before resuming the brew cycle.
- When the cycle is complete, discard the water collected in the carafe.
If needed, repeat this step again, up to 3 times, to completely rinse the residual vinegar out of the coffee maker.
Step 4. Clean the carafe, filter, and filter basket with hot soap solution
- Dip a sponge into a hot dish soap solution, which is made by diluting liquid dish soap into an equal amount of hot water.
